RETURN

1. Term

For the purchases from Asia region excluding China, the return period is 15 days from the date of receipt of the request for returning good or goods which are not suitable for me. Note: the refund will be given for the goods that weren’t worn or damaged and in the original package.

2. Conditions of return

All requests of return should be completed by the column of « Yours returns » of customer's account during the appointed term, in accordance with the following steps: Fill in the application form for the return of the goods by selecting the number and the date of the order of the goods which you wish to return. Validate the request for return. You will receive the return number and a label to add to the package. Customers pay no return fee, except for items that were purchased at a discount or promotion price.

3. Products conditions

All returned goods (shoes, clothes, original packaging, accessories, user manuals) should be new, not used, and returned in the original and not damaged packaging box and without markings. After receipt of the package, TBS will judge the state of the returned goods. If the goods are used by customers or are damaged due to customers which doesn’t enable TBS to resell the product, return will not be accepted, and therefore no refund will be proceeded.

4. Refund of return

If the return is consistent with the above conditions, TBS will process a refund within 30 days from receipt of the return.

5. Refund of the transportation fees

If the customer conducts in advance a request for return to the customer service as described previously, and the goods are returned within the specified period of time, TBS will pay the fees of transport. If the customer's product is bought with a discount or during a promotion period, TBS will not be responsible for paying the transportation fees.
